What is the BREEAM AP Service Overview?

The BREEAM AP provides the design team with guidance and support from the early stages of the design process, through to construction, to ensure that good environmental and sustainability practice is incorporated into a building in an efficient and cost-effective manner. In recognition of the significant contribution, a BREEAM AP can make to the design process, up to three BREEAM credits (BREEAM 2011) are available if a BREEAM AP is engaged from an appropriate point in a project.

The role of BREEAM AP represents a significant return on investment as to obtain these credits via design and technology is much more costly.
