New BREEAM communities assessment scheme
BREEAM have launched a new version of the BREEAM sustainability assessment scheme has been launched specifcally for wider impact developments. This BREEAM Communities scheme objective is to help planners and developers enhance, coordinate and independently validate the sustainability of a developments’ proposals through various stages of the planning lifecylce.
